Ear infections?

My Border gets ear infections regularly- is there anything I can do to reduce them? She doesn't have long hair round her ears.

Mine had issues with ears. It appears to be diet related. Changed diet and no issues for us. What do you feed?

I wish I knew the answer. Of my four dogs only one has ever had an ear infection and for the last year it's been every couple of months :(
At the moment the vet is pretty sure she has a pseudomas infection - she's on ear drops and painkillers - which is notoriously difficult to treat. She is half springer which probably doesn't help..
