Please recommend decent warm wellies for dog walking!

I need some really warm wellies - preferably fleece lined, waterproof, and not full length, just a bit taller than Chelsea boots. I have been looking at muck boots but they are around £100 - worth it or not? Any other recommendations?

If you want wellies, then Aigles are brilliant but someone also mentioned riggers which are a good option. I have a pair of Doc Marten riggers that I love. Heavier than wellies but so warm and comfortable and wsterproif although I havent tested them in a stream yet. Puddles are fine. You can get much cheaper Riggers from toolstation.

I do 4-5 miles a day as well. It is only MuckBoots for me. They are so comfy and warm.

Muck boots are amazing. I've had my pair for 3 yrs now and they are still going strong after hundreds of dog walks!

could anybody reccomend some decent neoprene wellies please?
I really like them but have bought ones that just don’t last.

Muckboot gets my vote, take a look at the derwent 2 it's mid calf really warm and great in the mud. I think I got mine for about £65

I treated myself to the Aigle parcours neoprene lined wellies a couple of years ago after killing a pair of waterproof boots yearly with dog walking.
They are still going strong and are so comfortable and warm - DH now has a pair too.

Hairy I was looking at those yesterday (online). I was put off by the weird bobbly tread on the sole, as I thought it looked slippy - are they or do they grip well on various surfaces?

Aigle wellies are the best thing ever....warm and incredibly comfortable. Expensive but have had mine for a while and no sign of wear yet.

They're boots not wellies but these fit your criteria. I have some and they're comfy and warm in addition to waterproof. outdoors.co.uk/merrell-eventyr-vera-mid-polar-waterproof-boots.html?fee=13&fep=18405&gclid=Cj0KCQiAus_QBRDgARIsAIRGNGjsoBoCQgncQuVi1EHVaCxB2CFk4nspYbK6seVrY87Ocu32tzmWETUaAviTEALw_wcB
