Short measure

Recently purchased a 20 pack of Carling lager from Sainsbury's. One of the cans was only a quarter full with no apparent punctures or leakages. Sainsbury's do not sell single cans, Would I be correct in assuming I should receive a full 20 pack of Carling as a replacement for the offending item.
Bearing in mind if you purchased a bag of chips & a couple were found to be bad would you expect the manager to give you just a couple of chips.

Dogs can only count in multiples of 7, I hear. You need at least 21, or they’ll get antsy.
