Post surgery toileting

Ddog has just has knee surgery, does anyone have any experience on how long after surgery is normal for him to not do a poo?

He went in Monday morning and we got him home Tuesday morning and nothing but noisy smell farts so far. 😷

My dog was the same, took a few days and it was like rocks when it happened...also following knee surgery. Think the antibiotics bung them up

We have just become the proud owners of two huge steaming piles of poo! Thankfully outside in the garden. Must be such a relief for him, first since Sunday night!
