Low calorie treats for kong?

What does everyone use? She’s on a diet as very overweight but I still think a kong type toy would be good to keep her brain active.

Carrot puree, maybe frozen to make it last longer? I used mix in some peanut butter as well.

Cottage cheese, cooked chicken and frozen.
I also use the stuff-a-balls and put puffed jerky in them as it’s a bit squishy and isn’t easy for my dogs to get out again.
Lambs lung is also good to use, Natural Instinct do it. Can often find it in garden centres where they stock raw dog food.

Hot dog and frozen peas in the chamber, topped by low sugar apple sauce and a little bit of dried chicken or turkey stuck in the top to 'start them off'. All frozen.

Ah loads of ideas thanks! Amazed they can get all these sorts of food out.. eventually.
