Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Breeder

We would like a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy. Please can anyone advise the best way to find a reputable breeder with health screening of the puppy.

Honestly - be prepared to take your time and walk away from a lot of breeders. Breed clubs are generally the best place to start but make sure you still further research the breeder as well.

I settled for a breeder who only bred DNA clear puppies from generations of heart healthy Cavs, with sire and paternal grandsire and dams parents MRI clear, although dam herself had not had MRI. They were also a parti cross solid, giving a very low COI but also meaning there is a small amount of whit on chest and thus not show-able.
