We have an adored Deerhound X Greyhound who is now 11.
A lump came up on his ear about a month ago, smooth, hard and pink.
Took him to the vets. His very least favourite place and vet said possibly an old bite don't worry. He did have a tussle with a squirrel last year so not unreasonable.
In the last few weeks the lump has grown a little and isn't smooth anymore.
I've booked him back into the vets with the practice owner for a second opinion next week.
I would welcome any feedback on the picture of said lump if anyone has had an experience of something similar.
