Training conundrum

I have had great advice on here before, so can anyone help me with the following; My 9 month old is getting on well with training and has mastered all the basics, so we go sit, then lie down, but I want to teach her to do it in reverse, i.e. down to sit, and sit to stand. How on earth do you teach this? I have tried just waiting for her to sit up (with a view to click and reward) but she just lies there and looks at me. I have tried manually lifting her up, but this just results in her collapsing on the floor in the doggy equivalent of a fit of giggles, and it is also difficult to lift AND click AND reward in one movement anyway. Has anyone got any bright ideas?

I just lure them into position with the reward.

Thanks. I've just tried it using a higher value reward and it works. She is also in a calm mood which helps. A bit of corned beef got rapt attention. Silly me, don't know why I didn't think of that. Duh.
