Dog bed

At the moment we have our large dog bed in the utility room. It's a plastic bed with a soft liner, it is a nightmare to keep clean and always stinks but nobody goes into the utility except me so I've left it. And my dog seems to think the smellier the better!! But we are moving house and will no longer have space in the utility for her huge bed. It's going to have to go in the kitchen so I'm looking for suggestions of a bed that won't smell too much/easy to clean but that's still snuggy for ddog?!

Tuffies beds are pricey but really durable and easy to keep clean.

Pets at Home have some big waterproof beds we have one for our dog we got a while ago for the same problem and it doesn't smell like a non waterproof bed would.
Dog's actually sweat alot in their sleep which is where the dog smell comes from

Mine have single duvets in their crates with covers on - they fit in the washing machine so are easy to keep clean and cheap to replace if needed.

Not that they sleep in their crates - they prefer to sleep on our beds at night!

I think my dog is just too fussy!! She won't sleep on a waterproof type bed, likes sides on a bed. It also likes it being sniffly 🙈 has anyone had a wicker basket type? I'm wondering if this with a tuffies cushion inside and maybe a blanket that can be easily washed!?

I have some plastic beds with the http://www.tuffies.co.uk/tuffies-dog-beds.asp?ProductId=48 tuffies covers]] which mine love and have been on the go for years. Covers are easy to wash, just take out the cushion bit and wash separately.
We did have one of the raised beds which ddogs loved, until one of the dc stood on it and broke it :(
