What looks like a collection of small white skin tags?

Had to go to work today but found this on dog's inner "elbow". It's not on the other one. Having trouble locating anything on google.

I'm sorry I don't have a pic, as implied in my post!

A large number of the small white ticks, the beginnings of an elbow callus. A photo would help.

Thanks lonecat. I should have taken a pic. It's a tight cluster of raised but white skin area - not a tic... on the inside fold so not like a callus. I'm asking the impossible. I'll book an appt. Just annoyed with myself I only saw this last night.

Vet unable to identify what it is so we're watching and waiting!
