Peeing in house/smelly dog

Our lovely black lab will be 11 in December.

He is still agile (walked 11 miles yesterday!) and still behaves like he thinks he's a puppy! He is quite grey in parts but appears to be fit and healthy. This only other issue is that he stinks despite regular grooming/baths etc

However we moved house in March and since then has started peeing in the house! I've just woke up at 6 this morning and caught him mid pee in my room. No warning, crying etc just peeing!

It is driving me mad not to mention our carpets are going to end up rotting the amount of times they are getting vaxed!

He is taken out at 6.30 each morning and let out/walked regularly for the toilet. So between the peeing/generally 'dog' smell everything is starting to stink! Help!

Have you had him checked by a vet? I'm my experience dogs can get whiffy if they are not in good health. Can you restrict him to hard floor areas until you sort out the peeing?
