Dog was wormed this morning, threw up just now

Do I need to be worried? Do I need to put her on a rice diet for a bit or feed her as normal. She's otherwise ok in herself.

Not that uncommon sad to say.
Some are quite strong.

Throwing up is often how they get rid of tapeworm! I wouldn't worry about a one off vomit at all

Mine used to do that every time with drontal, vet switched to milpro and never had a problem since. Speak to your vet and they can try a different wormer.
