Anyone's dog have a bad tummy due to this hot weather?

I have a 4 month old cockapoo. Suddenly this morning he had slightly loose poo but since then he has had diarrhoea and is going every couple of hours. Didn't eat breakfast but did manage lunch (just kibble) and a couple of dog treats on his walk. Not now interested in his evening meal. I haven't changed anything and he walks pretty close to me when we are out so don't think he's picked up anything nasty. Do you think this may just be a little tummy bug? May be hot weather affecting him? Any suggestions for helping it to pass quicker?

Hi! Our dog had a bit of a tummy upset in the last heat wave and my neighbours dogs have upset tummies at the moment. I think it's the heat but maybe plain chicken and rice for a couple of meals? I hope your dog feels better soon.
