I took in my ds +dil dog last year when they split up and neither could keep him. The plan was to rehome him as we have dogs already and no time /space for another. . With the help of mn I found him a place in a rescue. He was rehomed but unfortunately was returned as he bit her ds. Last week I received a call to say he had to be pts after suffering a breakdown from his abusive history with ds +dil. Ds knows I blame both of them and am ashamed a dc of mine was responsible for such a disgusting deed.
So today I find out ex dil is shacked up with an ex druggie bf and they are getting a dog! I am disgusted and quite frankly want to give her a good shake!! Any idea what- if anything I can do?

I would have thought there was nothing you can do. If she is ex, will you actually have any contact with her anyway?

I have my gs 2 nights a week via her. .

Sadly I don't think there's a lot you can do, except be there for your GS. I'm sorry - some people are just shit.

That's disgusting. It infuriates me when people keep getting dogs, damage them so no normal person could cope, get rid and then they just go out and get another one. They are living souls with feelings.
