Labrador struggling to get up

4 year old lab, had cruciate surgery in one leg, early signs in the other. Early signs of hip dysplasia diagnosed couple of months ago. For the last week or so she's been struggling to stand from a sitting/lying position. She's fine once up, bit of stiffness but no limping, been to vets today and she couldnt feel any signs of swelling, inflammation but has given her a pain relief shot.

Has anyone experienced this?

Difficulty getting up from either sitting or lying down is a pretty common symptom of HD. Have you got a treatment/management plan for her?

It's worth developing a long term physiotherapy and analgesic plan for her.
Also as a lab it's super important her weight is managed

We were at specialist 2 months ago, just said early signs, see how she gets on. She's gone from good to really downhill though just this last week so i was kimd pf hoping it was something else. Vet manipulated her legs and no signs of pain, she was wagging her tail throughout, no flinching

Shouldve said making appointment with the specialist as soon as they open on Monday
