I have to ring them about a neighbour it's awful what I see, but people are telling me they won't do anything....
There's 3 of them and they get separated they look under weight and always outside the puppy was out crying in the rain all morning.
I'm getting so anxious all the time and wound up it's fuckin awful and I can't even sit in my house and relax because one of them just constantly cries they have no toys or bones and water and are sat in their own shit
Any advice appreciated
