Red eyes?

Hi all

Puppy seems to have quite red eyes - do they get hay fever? Should I take to the vet? He doesn't seem bothered by them...

They can get allergies my dog has them. What breed is it? Clean your dogs eyes with warm salt water and cotton wool that will help get any potential allergens away.

Red eyes can be a sign of stress also. .

I would wash them morning and evening and keep an eye on her. You may need eye drops. Make sure she's not rubbing them or getting anything in them.

I don't see any rubbing...how would I know if he's stressed? He seems really chilled - happy to sit and snooze or go out and play and seems to love people (which is good - small fluffy puppy is a people magnet)...he's always running up to people for cuddles!
