I don't even want to write this thread as I don't know what response il get but I need advice ASAP
For months now a neighbour has had 5 dogs all together to which there isn't that many now :(
The remaining ones are always outside and wind rain or shine they are one of them is constant crying sometimes this can be in the night and even before 6 am in the morning !
I don't know what their home life inside is like as I don't know them enough and I've never been in their home so I can't comment on that but as for them pets they sit in a garden with no toys and it's full of shit
I know what I should do but I just worry
