Cooling coats

I was just looking at cooling coats for dogs and wondered if anyone had used the ruffwear swamp cooler and if so what was your opinion on it? I've also seen equafleece dog a dog tshirt which they say when wet takes 4 hours to dry and works as a cooling top?

Yes, my JRT had the swamp cooler. He looked sort of hampered in it (they are quite bulky), he refused to walk far and generally didn't seem to like it. He didn't feel very cool under it either, when I put my hand to his body.

I switched him to a ThermLOW instead and he loved it www.dfordog.co.uk/thermlow-dog-cooling-vest.html All my dogs since have had ThermLOW. It is really lightweight and covers the chest area too.

Thanks. I'll have a look at that one instead.
