About to spend five months travelling around Europe in a motor home with my dog. She currently loves Nature Diet. I won't have enough space to take a full supply with me. Could anyone recommend a good alternative that's easily available? She won't eat dry food.

I suggest you pack a good supply of nature diet to last you a couple of weeks, and as you travel look into pet stores and see if there's any with an ingredient list that matches up. Then you can begin the process of switching her over whilst you travel, until you run out, by which time you will need to have found some more food and have begun switching again.
We intend to take our dog on holidays in our van too so this is my plan, unless you look online for french pet shop chains and use google translate to find similar kibble to nature diet, and plan your route to pick some up.
sounds more complicated than it is, haha.

Isn't natures diet available there? Thought you could buy it in various countries; maybe email the company and ask as could be a different name there?

Thanks, just checked and it's available at 22 euros for 18 packs so quite expensive.

raw meat ?

I'd wondered about that - I need to research it but it might be the easiest option
