Can't tell from that angle. Do you have any standing pics, preferably side-on? The face has tinges of collie/terrier/spaniel but need to know size and shape really.

How big is it? I would guess either border collie or possibly spaniel cross.

It looks like a collie type, I'd have thought Welsh or Australian sheepdog rather than border collie though.
