Opened stitches after spaying !!!

Hi my dog was spayed last Thursday, went out for an hr this morning and when I came home she had managed to get at them and take them all out. She had the cone on at all times so don't know how she managed to do it. The wound seems ok , will she need to be restitched?

You need to take her back to the vets, if you haven't already, to be checked. The wound could easily pull apart as it won't have healed enough yet.

It would also be worth getting a pet medical shirt for her to wear as well so that she can't get to them.
