Hello Eric, from my own Eric (great name btw). He looks lovely, such beautiful eyes. Dd insists that if ever Eric gets a brother or sister they will be called Edgar or Vera but I think Elvis is a great name too. Not that Eric will be getting a sibling soon anyway as he runs me ragged as it is.

Blood in poo -
2 year old rescue springer spaniel, had sore place on leg that he'd been licking at and saw vet yesterday who gave cephaexin 275mg twice daily and prednisone 5mg once daily. He's just done a poo with red blood on top /little mixed in. My son said there might have been a bit of blood in the poo this morning. He seems fine in himself, big walk, good appetite. Any thoughts?? Do I need emergency vet or can it wait until mine opens tomorrow 8am? I'm worried

Eric! Oh I love a Basset Hound!!

Our Basset is Rosie and her "little" brother is Benny. Rosie's getting quite up there, she's 12 but Benny is 3 and keeps her young (except when he annoys her by trampling).

My schnauzer Pippa would love Eric, she would be busy batting her big shaggy eyebrows at him

She still does it lozenge I've never known a dog with such a complex personality she can get really grumpy and she makes sure you know it!

Angus (the big fat kitty) is SUCH a love and Rosie is his favourite. He grooms her too as if she were a kitten and she just settles right in.

This Bertie, unable to figure out that his bed had actually got too small for him
Bertie has an "Eric" that lives near us but is called Sid. Bertie thinks Sid is his friend and likes to jump on his head, I think Sid actually hates him!!
