Dog with mange

Hi all hoping for some advice really.

I have a 4 year old Westie female. Before Christmas she started getting really itchy and so we took her to the vets and he said it was a skin irritation due to the central hearing being on. A course of anti biotics later and she was a bit better.
Fast forward a week and her fur and skin are so bad. She's lost fur on her legs, feet and completely under her neck. Having a quick
Google I think it could be mange!
The problem is with it being after Xmas we are both unable to take her to the vets in case it's £££ and OH doesn't get paid until next week. Is there anything we can do?

Poor dog! They live in the moment and he must really be suffering unable to take his mind off it. Ask if your vet will take late payment?

We have an appointment at 10.30 today just hope it's not £££££! I agree she looks miserable.

What was the verdict? Is your pup on the mend?

Westies are prone to skin conditions. Could it be diet related?
