Probiotics

I'd like to get dear dog some probiotics.
He still scooting and although the shampoo from the dermatologist is helping, it's not clearing up the problem.
If his yeast problem is in his gut then the probiotics will help yes?
But which ones? The best one seem to be only available in The US.

My ver gave us a tube of probiotics after some stomach trouble. I don't if it will help, but it's worth asking.

It was expensive and it looks like a syringe you twist to release the correct dose.
