Steven, Stanley or something else?

New foster staffie. 10 month old boy. Ridiculously sweet and cuddly. He won't be with us forever so ideally name needs to be "marketable" to potential adopters.

Any thoughts?

I have a Stanley, it's a fab name. But then so is Steven. I also love Colin, Trevor and Derek. He's lovely, I'm sure he'll find a good forever home.

I like Stanley. You could yell Stan, and it makes you think of Laurel and Hardy

We have a Steven and he makes people laugh when we shout for him

Thanks all. Popular vote (and DP's) is Stanley so we'll go with that. If he were mine I think I'd go with Steven but will have to save that for another day (dog).

I know you've make your decision but I like Stanley too: Stanley the Staff, very marketable.
