She ripped one of the claws off her back feet a week ago (a normal one not a dew claw) and there is still a fleshy bump where her nail was. I imagine it's like ripping a nail off so the nailbed is exposed. She's not limping anymore but she is stil licking it all the time. I'm keeping it clean and bathing it in salt water but will it eventually grow back?! I'm keeping an eye on it and will take her to the vets if it looks like it's getting worse but I hate how it must be painful for her
