Food to put on weight

My 7 month old pup has had an upset stomach , had antibitoics and i was feeding a light diet of fish chicken rice & pasta etc and while she is now better she has lost weight.

Is there anything high in fat I can feed her to help her put on weight? I don't want to give more of her normal food as this makes her poo quite runny but not sure what else to give her.

I've added scrambled egg to her dry food but is there anything better?

Is she actually underweight? Or just lighter than she was?

What food is she usually on as I thought the current wisdom was to maintain a normal diet rather than feeding chicken and rice etc , unless she's really underweight I would just carry on as normal or switch to a food which is more suited to weight gain .

Don't change her food, just give her more
