Black springer cross cocker spaniel, male little dude, what to name him?

I like Alfie, Archie, Frank.. basically 'old man' names, if that helps?

A cat rather than a dog person here but our family tradition of naming pets is to call out several and see which one it responds to. I like 'old' names too so you could restrict your options to such names when calling them out!

Cherubneddy1 · 29/10/2016 22:29

Another vote for Wilf here, our sprocker is called Wilf. Also Wilfie when we are feeling fondness towards him and he isn't being a little shit.

Noitsnotteatimeyet · 30/10/2016 07:34

Two syllables are easier to call out (one-syllabled name dog here who constantly has a '-y' added to his name Hmm)

Arthur is my favourite - ddog has a lovely viszla friend called Arthur

Calling a dog Roger is surely tempting fate.
