Raw bones, how many and how old?

My parents always gave a raw bone a day to their dog, I know that's too much, should be once a week? Anyway she had the best, whitest and most sparkly teeth of any dog I know. My last dog had terrible tooth and gum problems and want to go all out to prevent that with my new little boy. Thanks Smile

I have 2 large boxer dogs. I raw feed them chicken carcass every day, therefore they have raw bones daily. The vet is always impressed with their weight (lean with fantastic muscle definition), coat and teeth. My 9 year old bitch has the whitest teeth with zero enamel build up. He says this is a rarity these days.

Eric gets a bone two or three times a week, the vet always comments on his good teeth. I sometimes depend on a meaty bone to get him to eat tbh because he is the fussiest dog alive but rarely snubs a bone.
