My young Jack Russell/Springer cross is getting all barky. It's a recent development and a very unwelcome one. It seems like he's trying to pretend he's boss and is threatening strangers simply to intimidate them. He did it to a child today and an old woman said I really need to nip this in the bud. She's right!
So do I hit him, shout at him or gently coax him away with a treat?
The last option sounds optimal but realistically would have ZERO chance of success.
Any advice?
