Pee regression

Hi guys. I'm the "proud" mum to a 19.5 week old basset hound puppy. I work in a place where i can bring her to work with me. She had been doing great with house training (as well as a basset picks it up) but this week she's taken to peeing in the crate in the car. Last week she was managing 4 hours without peeing and this week I've been having to do every 1.5 hours. I don't think its a uti as shes only been peeing in the car not in the house and she's not showing any other signs of an infection. Is it just a regression stage we are going to have to work through? It probably doesn't help my OH has been abroad with work this week so the routine has been changed slightly.

I would say she peed once in the crate by accident and now is peeing again because of the scent from previous pee.
