Dodgy tum, advice needed please

Hi all, we have a six month old Lab puppy. Usually very bouncy, friendly and happy. She seemed fine yesterday apart from suddenly having explosive diarrhoea when we were on a walk. Otherwise happy and her usual cheerful self. However the diarrhoea has happened twice more today and in the past hour she's vomited up all of her food and then some clear liquid. Her ears now seem warmer than usual (could this be a sign of a temperature?) and she's suddenly utterly miserable, not her usual self at all. She ate some cat poo the other day (lovely!) but as far as I'm aware she hasn't eaten anything else strange. Our cat doesnt go out (she's deaf) and puppy has her eaten her poo on a couple of other occasions (gross I know!) without any obvious effects. She's on James Wellbeloved puppy food. Can anyone suggest anything? We'll get her to the vet tomorrow unless she's suddenly seemingly back to her normal self. Any thoughts?

Oh dear, yes, vets for her I think. I'd be surprised if cat poo caused it - most dogs eat it and even my girl with a hyper-sensitive stomach isn't affected. Probably some sort of virus. Hope she's better soon.

any toys missing? or socks? or bits of stick in the garden?

I tend to give a very small meal after any gastric incident, maybe with a little plain boiled rice in, any reoccurrence is 24 hours on chicken and rice, and then vets if not resolved.

I would go to the vet with her today for sure unless there was a marked improvement....we have a GSD with a sensitive stomach, so the above routine does usually sort him, but any more after the chicken and rice gets him sent to the vet.

Thanks for your reply. The first appointment we could get with the vet is tomorrow morning. She's actually miles better now - no more vomit since last night and much perkier - but I think we'll take her to get checked out anyway as we're taking her away on hols on Monday. I haven't noticed any missing socks etc but there's laundry out at the moment so I'll take note to put it away!!
