Anyone watching Professor Green: Dangerous Dogs on BBC1?

Very enlightening about how the Dangerous Dogs Act has pushed illegal dog breeds underground and made it unregulated. Apparently people up and down the country are able to breed pit bulls, etc, with impunity. I had no idea it was so widespread.

He interviewed an utter dick on there to start with, banging on about how his staffy/pit bull does a job and defends him. Wanker. Poor dog.

I'm watching.

The parents of that poor girl. Her dad breaking down made me have tears in my eyes :(

Oh god I know. Heartbreaking. They must sit there and imagine her final moments.

Interesting that most dog attacks come from random breeds, not always banned breeds. He's completely right that it's all about welfare and education. I'd like to see a return to the dog licence too.
