Adaptil Diffuser?

Good evening everyone. I've been on here years but this is my first venture into The Doghouse so I apologise if this topic has been done to death....

Does anyone have any experience of the Adaptil diffuser? We adopted a Jack-Russell X Beagle back in December. He did not have a happy start to life and whilst most of the time he is an absolute delight, he can get very stressy and panicky for no apparent reason. Could the diffuser help?

Weused one for a while when Eric was being very stressy it seemed to help enormously tbh.We don't use it now though as he seems to have gotten over his stressy spell.

Ours helped our dog a bit, wouldn't say dramatically but worth doing.
