Glands again

So I have changed ddogs food. I chose one from
That all about dog food site with a 5/5 rating. It's called Aatu and is grain/gluten free. Dog loves it and no food change upset tummy whatsoever I'm really impressed. Solid poo every time now but how long would you expect it to take for his glands to improve? Tia

If it is just needing firmer faeces it should be pretty quick. If it is abnormal gland anatomy it may make no difference at all.
