Does anybody feed a BARF diet to a small dog?

We have a jrt. We previously had a giant breed dog whom we fed a BARF diet consisting of chicken carcasses, bones, raw eggs, raw carrots etc. I'm wondering about quantities and adaptations that might be needed for the jrt? My old dog was so fit and healthy and had a beautiful coat which everyone commented, I'd like to do the best for my jrt

We do, but buy a complete raw food, as even chicken wings are too big for her!
We use HONEY's real dog food.

I have a pug x, his mouth is smaller than the average JRT and he manages chicken wings when cut at the joints. Also poultry necks, feet and lamb ribs are good.

I give a big piece of meat and he just rips it no prob.
