Flea/Tick and Worm treatment

I am just about to start a new regime for us of bravecto ( every 12 weeks) and Milbemax so I have 2 questions - firstly is it ok to give bravecto and Milbemax on the same day and secondly should the Milbemax be monthly or 4 weekly for the lungworm protection. Also does this combo cover all the worms now or do I still need to give drontal 6 monthly.

Yes they can be given on the same day.
Yes monthly for milbemax is fine.
No you don't need to do drontal as milbemax does round,tape and lungworm.
