Yes, it is sad, very sad for her owners. She was clearly very loved and no doubt had a happy life, and certainly a long one. Thirty years, amazing.
I think she had what they used to call a good death, quickly and without apparent pain.
Probably what all of us would want for our dogs, and ourselves really.
