Our puppy, a 7 month old Jack Russell, has got a really annoying thing where in the evening, if alone with me, he will stand in front of me and whine and yip.
I really don't know why.
He is well exercised. Tonight he had a lovely walk along the river and across a field. He had his dinner. He didn't need a wee or anything. But then he just wouldn't settle -jumping at me, yipping, high pitched barking.
If DH there he will lie quietly next to us and chew on a toy or just sleep. If I'm on my own with him he's doing all this crazy stuff.
Can any of you clever dog people tell me why?
