Insurance - lifetime cover or standard?

I can't decide which to go for? Is it worth paying the extra for a lifetime cover policy? I know there is no way of knowing if DDog will get a chronic condition but just wondered what others decided to opt for.

Lifetime cover, 90% of claims are for chronic ongoing conditions.
