Dog being sick...

Hi, my 9 month old dog was castrated 14 days ago. All went well.. Until we resumed normal walks after his stiches were removed. He has been sick once a day now for 4 days. Not sure if it is related to his operation or something entirely new. He is eating, drinking and going to the toilet as usual. Not moping (currently throwing his toy around the room!). Any ideas? off to the vets with him tomorrow but just wanted to know if anyone else has had anything similar?

Lots of sick or small amounts of bile?

Has he been eating a lot of grass on walks? Mine had this when she ate lots of grass when we weren't looking. She was absolutely fine in herself but would suddenly start heaving and throw up.

Large amounts of food with grass in it. He seems more settled today, he's been on rice and fish/chicken so think I will keep him on this and reintroduce normal food tomorrow?
