Behaviour change since spaying?

Our JRT cross was spayed nearly three weeks ago. Physically she has recovered incredibly well but her behaviour has really changed.
She is nine months old and her training was going really well, biting and jumping up was almost eradicated, recall brilliant, ignored human food and didn't beg at the table etc.
Now she is play biting constantly, jumping up and pawing at us, destroying the children's books and toys, pinching food, pulling on the lead. She's still lovely the majority of the time but we're stunned by the change in her. She is manic!
Have we broken her by getting her spayed?! It is it just coincidence and there is some kind of regression that we weren't expecting? Help!

It sounds like she's hit her teenage phase rather than it being anything to do with having her spayed. It's totally normal for them to turn into little shits regress a bit around that age.

Thanks trionic - I have heard about the 'teenage' phase but assumed she was still too young for it. What is the advice on this? Wait it out? Re-train her?!
My children - who adored her until this started - are now getting jumpy around her and don't want her in the room with them as she is constantly trying to gnaw on their hands. Sad

She's still gorgeous though Smile
