Dog food causing odour in coat?

I noticed pup had a bit of an odour last few days, she was bathed last week & not been in any water or anywhere smelly since.

She has occasionally wee'd in her crate & bed, so thought I it was that. But her bed & crate are clean & dry. I just bent down & noticed the smell is a bit fishy & wondered if it was her food? She's on taste of the wild dry kibble, salmon flavour.

Full anal glands can cause a fishy smell in dogs.

Would they be full in a 17 week old puppy? Also its definitely coming from her coat, back, neck etc.
