First of all I must say this isn't my dog. So feel free to be honest and excuse me if I don't know things a vet should have said!
I walk a lovely dog who has just been diagnosed. Poor doggy.
On steroids. Needs to be monitored and walked on a harness.
Does anyone have any experience of this condition? I gather it is something the breed is prone to. 
Any tips on giving pills to a dog? Yesterday I stuffed it in a bit of babybel! I always found corned beef a winner but I will only be doing three days a week of pill giving and need something that doesn't go off.
