Raw food for puppies?

This is hypothetical as not even met potential new pup yet.

Biggy and Small (current dogs) both eat raw - chicken, veg, liver, eggs ect and delicious made-by-butcher minced up raw dog food.

How soon could PNP go raw? She's about the size of a chicken drumstick so would I stick to the butchers minced food?

At Pets4Home they have frozen, raw puppy food...must be safe?

Assume thats like our local butcher. Meat, bone and veg all minced up and frozen in sausages. I'll have a chat when they are open tomorrow.
I'm so used to current dogs just crunching through it's a bit scary thinking little baby might choke or something.
