Raw fed /amount of water

My lab is raw fed but he does not seems to drink a lot compared to most dogs I met

He pees plenty but will often go 10/12 hours overnight
Is that normal ?

Very normal. Kibble fed dogs will drink gallons in comparison to a healthy raw fed dog.

ddogs will get nearly all their water from raw and it is shocking the difference in the amount of water they seem to be desperate for when on dehydrated food.

Have you just moved over to raw?

No we been on it since a tiny puppy (he is now 1)
but was other day when out on a walk with friends and their dogs and they mentioned how much water there dogs drink (both kibble fed )

And obviously have nothing to compare to as he is my first dog and wanted to check that it is normal

I have two raw fed dogs, a collie who drinks lots and a spaniel who drinks far less.
