What do you fill your dogs kong with that keeps them occupied longer?

Stuff it with peanut butter then put it in the freezer all night. Lasts ours for a couple of days that way.

Mine won't touch peanut butter but he loves his kong filled with bits of dog biscuit, gravy bones and cheese, all secured in with chews.
He chomps the chews then manouevres the rest out by licking kong, chucking it up and down and chasing it round the floor.

I'm loving the diagram in the link, lots of ideas there.

I strip the bits off a chicken carcass, stuff them and freeze them. Elderly black pudding/pate's good frozen too. Not too often because it's salty, but hey I figure they'd get blood in the wild, they must be able to cope with some salt. And everyone says give them cheese...ooh I'm doubting myself now!
