Why has my dog started pooing inside?

We have two very large dogs (85kgs between them). They have a free reign over most of our downstairs and a large yard outside. They get walked every day, only once at the moment but it is a good walk where they are off the lead for all of it roaming around fields. Today we were out for an hour and a half but it is generally about 45 minutes. They have a room which they sleep in at night. This is a connecting room between the house and the garage, currently with a bare concrete floor. For the last two weeks we have been coming downstairs to find a dog poo awaiting us. We are not sure which dog it is but one is very lazy and really hates to go out last thing at night. Even if we chuck him out he just waits by the door. This has never happened before and I don't know why he has suddenly deemed it acceptable to poo in the house (they are 5 and 3 and it's the elder of the two who we think it might be). They only do it in their room, even though the hallway is free to them too. Could it be that he has decided that the bare concrete is outside? There have been no significant changes and their routine is pretty much the same as it has always been. How do we get it to stop?
Thanks

I'd be getting him checked over by a vet first to make sure there's no physical reason as to why he can't hold it all night.

One of mine will hold her wee till she bursts. HATES going outside. So now I do what I did with puppies. I escort her to pee and she bloody well does before she comes back in. This is because I know she needs to go.

The other of mine protest poo's on the kitchen floor every now and again. No idea why or what the protest is for. Just I know he's being defiant. Normally this is a change of routine thing.

Someone told me to not let them see you clean it up. As they think it's normal and okay to do that otherwise. I'd point the finger at the one who sits by the door. Maybe feed them a bit earlier if you can, it may be that it's not quite working through his system in the same time it used too?
