Puppy proof items please

Wotsitpup has chewed all the leads to pieces except the extendy one and the drawstring harness. They were all made of webbing. What can I buy that's more robust please?

Also is a dog coat worth it for a cocker who gets very wet and muddy at every opportunity?

No idea with leads but I wouldn't bother with a coat for a working Cocker (unless you have a show Cocker which tend to be calmer) they're plenty active enough on a walk to stay warm and it would just get covered in crap.
